Dear All Why is it that some days, for no apparent reason, we feel ‘down’? It’s a feeling we are all aware of I’m sure. Dear All It’s my guess that many of you will have a particular bible verse that you remember with ease, perhaps one remembered from childhood in Sunday School or in an R.E. class. One teacher I remember from school was a stern, joyless individual who wore a foostie old baubled cardigan in navy blue, who ‘taught’ the subject because somebody had to. Family Ceilidh in aid of Christian Aid

Family Ceilidh Friday 18th May 7.30PM Tickets are now available from the church office and in the vestibule after every morning service. Entry is £7.50 or £20 per family. This year we are hosting this event instead of participating in the door-to-door collection. All funds raised from the evening, together with the proceeds from our retiring offering on Sunday 13th May will be our contribution to this charity.
