Girl Guides

Girlguiding Information

2nd Whitecraigs Rainbows     –           Mondays         –           5:50 pm – 6:50 pm

3rd Whitecraigs Guides          –           Mondays         –           7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

2nd Whitecraigs Brownies      –           Wednesdays   –           5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

2nd Whitecraigs Guides         –           Wednesdays   –           7:30 pm – 9:15 pm

3rd Whitecraigs Brownies      –           Thursdays       –           6:15 pm – 7:45 pm

Each week the girls participate in activities ranging from crafts to games and current topics.

GIRLGUIDING

Rainbows

1st stage of Girlguiding Age 5 – 7 Years

We run one unit at Broom Church

The Rainbows participate in a full programme of activities and events, supported by trained volunteers.

Rainbows will:

  • Stage 1 and 2 Skills Builder activities.
  • Learn new skills and badges.
  • Do fun activities, play games and make friends.
  • Go on fun trips and have adventures

Brownies 

2nd Stage of Girlguiding Ages 7 – 10 years

We run two units at Broom Church

The Brownies participate in a full varied programme of activities and events, supported by trained volunteers.

Brownies will:

  • Do Stage 2 and 3 Skills Builder Activities
  • Learn new skills and badges.
  • Do fun activities, play games and make friends.
  • Go on fun trips and have adventures
  • Community involvement

If your daughter is already in Girlguiding, speak to the Unit Leader about moving to the next section.
