NOTICES
A warm welcome to our Family Service.
All are invited to the Coffee Break following the Service.

KIRK SESSION: The Kirk Session will meet in the Classroom at 7.30pm
tomorrow, 24th April.

BREAKFAST CLUB: There will be no Breakfast Club next Sunday due
to the holiday weekend. It will instead be on the following Sunday, 7th May.

WEDNESDAY BREAK: The mid-week Service has finished until
October. During the summer months coffee/tea will continue to be served
in the Columba Hall between 10.30am and 11.30am. Maureen Marshall.

CHRISTIAN AID WEEK: Christian Aid Week this year is from
14th – 20th May. Could you help with the door to door collecting and can
spare two or three hours to assist in this very worthy cause? Please add
your name and your telephone number to the list of roads in the vestibule
beside the area you would like to collect, or contact Joy Ross.

PASTORAL CARE: To assist in our ongoing pastoral care in the
congregation, parish and community, please do feel free to speak with the
Minister or Elder if you know of anyone who for any reason would benefit
from pastoral support.

HYMNS AND SCRIPTURE READINGS: If anyone requires these in
large print please let the Minister or Church Secretary know and these
will be available each Sunday.

BROOM CARD/CRAFT GROUP: This year the Club has donated £300
to the Project Fund as well as running a stall at the Christmas and Spring
Fairs. We continue to make the cards which go out with the flowers on a
Sunday. Thank you all for your support. Cards are available on the
stands in the Vestibule and Columba Hall. Maureen Marshall.

BLOOD TRANSFUSION SERVICE: The Blood Transfusion Service
will be in the Columba Hall on Thursday 4th May, 2pm – 3.45pm and
5.15pm – 7.30pm.

LODGING HOUSE MISSION: Please remember to keep Lodging
House Mission meal vouchers with you to hand to a homeless person
needing a meal. Vouchers cost £1 and are available in the vestibule.

TOILET TWINNING: We continue to support this worthwhile cause.
To date the total raised is £1,749.05.

GLASGOW PHOENIX CHOIR are performing a Special Gala
Celebration in aid of Royal British Legion Scotland & Poppyscotland in
the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on Friday 19th May at 7.30pm. The Star
Guest will be Isla St Clair supported by Salvation Army West Scotland
Youth Band, The Mackintosh Choir, Solo Piper and Dancers. Tickets
may be ordered through Maureen Cook.

PRAYER DIARY
This week please thank God in your prayers for the work of the
Glasgow Street Pastors. Please thank Him for all those who give up time
every Saturday night to help, to care and to listen to those on the streets,
show them compassionate care and provide practical support and a place
of safety.
